SuperBike inception at New Jersey with Road Race Report and Jackson Blackmon šŸ˜‚.

The last round was absolute chaos as per usual in dirty Jersey. Glad all my riders made it out in one piece and head into the offseason relatively healthy.

Full swing of off-season training begins this week.

2026 is a wild year to look back on now that I’m done traveling for the year.

Drove to all 10 race rounds from Daytona to NJMP & everything in between.

Got back to winning ways in SuperBike with Mat & Strack.

Got to take Hardy boy and Erin with me to what is usually the longest stretch of the season for the West Coast swing.

And found time to get married in between all the chaos. Grateful for 2026 and going to work to finish the year out strong and prep for an even better 2027.

Excited to work with Anthony as we go to work on making him into a freak athlete this off-season. We’re leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of physical and mental performance.

Grateful to add another member of the paddock to our family of Motorsport Performance Coach athletes.

It’ll be fun getting to work this off-season and documenting the process along the way. LFG šŸ¤˜šŸ¼

Off-season isn’t a reward. It’s a reset.

Here’s the trap: you grind all season, then the second it’s over you give yourself permission to coast... Netflix, video games, scrolling... day after day. Unearned dopamine, no friction required.

Problem is, your brain doesn’t know the difference between ā€œI earned thisā€ and ā€œI just took it.ā€ Do that long enough and you don’t come back rebooted... you come back depleted. Motivation isn’t rebuilt. It’s been draining the whole time.

The fix isn’t cutting it out. It’s earning it. Structure the day so the reset comes after the work, not instead of it. Train, recover, then watch the show. Push, then play the game.

That’s the balance: reboot hard enough to come back sharper... not so hard you have to rebuild from zero.

Off-season done right isn’t rest from the grind. It’s part of it.

We had 3 Motorsport Performance Coach athletes finish within the Top 3 of their championships this year.

Andrew Lee keeps the streak alive for Southern Pride Performance athletes winning a national title every year since 2020 while dominating SuperBike Cup. Now we’ll go to work this off-season to prep for whatever opportunity may come out of such a dominant season.

Andy DiBrino also had a great season, finishing P2 in the championship. We’ll be using that last race weekend as motivation this whole off-season to find even more performance and take back that 1 plate in 2027.

Mathew Scholtz also finished top 3 in class with the last race victory sealing up P3 in SuperBike. Considering how the season started it felt like we could’ve been in that championship fight, but with how difficult SuperBike is, a P3 in year 1 for a new team is an incredible result that we can build up heading into 2027.

The loudest of boos come from the cheapest of seats… if you’re working towards doing big things in your life you have to be disciplined with who you listen to.

Consistency kills. The best in any sport are committed to having consistent routines regardless of the circumstances because it gives them the best possible chance at performing at the same level over and over again.

Same physical warmup, same mental warmup, same pre-race supplements, etc.

Consistency is a superpower if you tap into it regularly.

A belated happy birthday to my old man… I can only wonder what diabolical thing was said to get us laughing like this for the picture šŸ˜‚.

Grateful for all the love and support from my old man. Wouldn’t be where I am without him.

Grateful that we were able to finish the season how we started it… with a convincing win. The middle bit in between those wins proved to be very challenging at times, but to finish a season with 5 SuperBike wins & within a shout of the title is one hell of an achievement for a team’s first season in SuperBike.

Excited to see how the next season comes together. My athletes will be ready for the opportunity šŸ¤˜šŸ¼
