Hi, I’m Kendall — the hands behind ROE Wellbeing.

My path into massage began long before I ever stepped into massage school. It started in 2016 as a yoga teacher, where I spent years observing how people move, breathe, hold tension, and navigate life through their bodies.

Over time, I felt called to understand the body more deeply — not just to teach yoga properly, but to support safety, awareness, and connection within the body. That calling led me to study massage therapy and create ROE Wellbeing as a space for intentional, nervous-system-informed care.

Each session is personal. This work goes beyond muscles — it’s about listening, sensing, and following your body’s lead.

I started roe wellbeing because I believe that when we truly learn how to connect with our bodies, we can find more ease… and with that ease we can access more joy!

after years of teaching sold out yoga classes and managing yoga studios with 60+ employees, I felt an ache to work more 1:1 with my students.

now, just one year later, I completed my massage program and opened my private practice within the same walls of the studio I use to co-manage.

through my studies, I discovered that massage therapy goes beyond the muscles… it supports the nervous system and emotional body.
