I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to participate in Midwest Yoga Fest this morning and connect with so many wonderful people. Thank you to everyone who stopped to chat!

I'll say, an added bonus that I have had so little time to slow down lately, listening to everyone being guided during the yoga portion gave me space to slow down and meditate. If that had been my only takeaway from today, I'd still have been grateful. 💜🌿

Leaving a meeting this evening and spotted these beauties outside the door! Their hydrangea bush is huge and absolutely covered in blooms. 🤍🌿

I got way more sun than expected today, might be just a little burnt but what a perfect weather day! Got ran into by a deer on my way into town this morning and by some miracle only had very minor damage and was able to keep on keepin on to have fun meeting some of you in Rockwell City today.

Onward to Midwest Yoga Fest in West Des Moines tomorrow! 💜🌿

Willow is happy I finally stopped moving today and landed in our corner of the couch. She's been watching me run in circles all day like W T F are we doing MAHHHMMM? I should be asleep, but at least one of us has the right idea. I drank entirely too much caffeine today trying to stay focused and do all the things, but 4am will be here very soon. Off to try and join her for a few hours before its time to pack the car and head to Rockwell City in the morning.

Came out for a breather from making products to listen to the wind blowing through the trees and found the sun trying to peak out for just a moment! The cool grass feels nice to wander in barefoot. 🌤🌿

These sour little babies have the cutest little flowers! They don't often get to bloom between being mowed or being eaten but I ran out to check the sump pump hose and found this little beauty resting on it. 💛🌿

Happy FriYay! Got some decent rain last night, watching the clouds roll by this morning I'm not convinced there may not be more coming. Grateful for beautiful weather this week, a welcome break from the heat just in time for Rockwell City Sesquicentennial & Sweet Corn Daze tomorrow!
