Niesha Lee is using her talent to restore confidence one appointment at a time. 💇🏾‍♀️

This Detroit mom of five runs Inspiring Hair LLC, a mobile salon bringing free hairstyling, makeup and grooming straight to homeless shelters across the city. Driven by her own experience with homelessness, Niesha shows up every week to help residents feel ready to take on the world whether that means a job interview, a court date or just a better day.

For her, it has never just been about hair. It is about dignity.
