A way to your soul is to take away the mind and know what the body can take. For if you know how much with out knowing how much, that's the way your soul will naturally make.

Hopefully I can understand the difference between those ways so I could love my self, know myself, and understand why, so that I can answer my own questions towards others for if I don't know thy self, then I won't know how to help another.
