The honest Solid Dish Soap review is in 🧼🍋
The good? She WORKS. Plates, glasses, utensils, and even my greasy air fryer basket came clean. The lather was amazing, the Fresh Lemon scent smelled sooo good, and a little went a long way.
The not-so-good? That good ol’ El Paso hard water showed up and showed OUT. 😂 I noticed some film in my sink and on the glass after washing.
So I did a little experiment. I washed everything again with the same soap, but rinsed with distilled water this time… and PERFECT. No film.
That tells me the hard water is definitely something I need to account for as I continue testing and tweaking the formula. The good news? It can be fixed. 🤞🏾
And THIS is exactly why I test my products before they ever make it into your home.

🥹🍯 This one feels different.
Months ago, making cold process soap was just an idea that honestly scared me. There was research, second-guessing, fear, and yes…a few tears 😂 before I finally worked up the courage to make my first batch.
Then came the hardest part…WAITING. 😂 Curing, testing it myself, getting feedback from others, and making sure I was truly confident putting the We Lit Kreations name on it.
And now…my first official production batch of Honey & Oats has been poured! 🥹🍯🧼
These babies are headed to the curing rack until their November 7th release.
I’m proud of this one, not just because I made soap, but because I didn’t let the fear of getting it wrong stop me from learning how to get it right. 🤎
