If it doesn’t fit your lifestyle…
it won’t last.
What does your routine look like right now?

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. 🇺🇸
May we never take for granted the freedoms we enjoy because of their sacrifice. As we gather with family and slow down for the holiday weekend, may we also hold space for gratitude, remembrance, and prayer for those who served and the families who carry their memory.
Wishing you a meaningful and peaceful Memorial Day from McManus Homestead. ❤️🤍💙

Saturday Market Day 🌧️🥚🐓
It may be cool with a few showers today, but we’re officially outside for summer market season and ready for another Saturday at the market!
Stop by from 9–1 and stock up on:
✔️ Farm fresh eggs
✔️ Chicken back in stock starting today
✔️ Locally raised poultry
✔️ Fresh local products from so many great vendors
Be sure to dress for the weather and come stroll the outdoor market with us. Rain or shine, we’re grateful for this community and another busy season ahead.
You can find us outside at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market near the commercial kitchen end of the market building.
See you soon! 💛

Farm Friday 🌾🐥
It’s been a full week here at McManus Homestead!
Our meat chickens were processed and are officially in the freezer — and they’ll be available starting tomorrow at market! We’re excited to finally have fresh chicken back in stock.
We also welcomed 100 new layers yesterday! These girls will spend the next month settling in and growing before they begin producing beautiful farm fresh eggs.
The turkeys are growing nicely, and next week we’ll be welcoming 30 meat chicks for our 4-H kids to raise for fair season. Watching these kids learn responsibility, hard work, and animal care is always one of our favorite parts of the season.
And after weeks of busy baseball schedules, Memorial Day weekend is giving us a little break to slow down, catch our breath, and enjoy some family time.
As always, thank you for supporting our homestead, our family, and our farming journey. 💛

Sometimes it’s:
better sleep 😴
less bloating 🙂
more energy 🙌
Have you noticed any small changes lately?

Bloating. Fatigue. Brain fog.
Those are signals.
What has your body been telling you lately?

Good morning from McManus Homestead! 🌿🐓
It’s another Saturday at the Broome County Regional Farmers Market and we’re stocked up and ready for market day!
You’ll find us outside for the summer season from 9–1 with:
🥚 Farm fresh eggs
🍗 Chicken raised right here on our homestead
🦃 Updates on our growing turkey flock
🌱 Plenty of farm stories, smiles, and fresh country air
Our meat chickens leave for processing tomorrow, so fresh chicken will officially be back and available beginning 5/23! We’re excited to kick off another season of providing quality food for our community.
Baseball season, 4-H projects, farm chores, and spring weather have been keeping us busy, but we wouldn’t trade this life for anything. Thank you for continuing to support local farms and follow along on this journey with our family. 💚

🌿 Farm Friday 🌿
The days are flying by around the homestead lately!
Our meat chickens head out for processing on Sunday, which means fresh chicken will be available at market starting 5/23. We know many of you have been waiting, and we’re excited to finally have it back available soon!
The Silkies are looking absolutely adorable, and our 4-H friends have been having so much fun spending time with them and getting to know their personalities. Watching kids connect with the animals is always one of the best parts of this season.
Our 4-H turkeys are growing nicely and keeping us busy with daily chores, feeding, and care.
Meanwhile… baseball season has brought lots of rained-out games, schedule changes, and running in every direction. Life feels a little crazy right now, but we’re soaking up every moment of this busy spring season.
And one more exciting announcement —
The Vestal Farmers Market starts 5/23, and you’ll be able to find us there on Wednesdays beginning 5/27! 🥚🐓
Thank you all for supporting our family farm through every season. 💚

Stress affects everything 🤯
Sometimes doing less helps more 😴
Do you feel overwhelmed most days?
