We’re soaking up these gorgeous autumn days, and our turkeys and chickens are enjoying them right along with us! 🦃🐓

Starting this weekend, I’ll be reaching out to folks about purchasing their Thanksgiving turkeys. It’s hard to believe that season is already getting close!

The kids have a long weekend for Columbus Day—an extra chance to enjoy some fall fun and time together. ❤️

We’re all set for Broome County Open Farm Day this Saturday, 10 AM–3 PM. 🌾

Come say hello, meet the animals, and enjoy a day on the farm!

Sometimes we get so used to feeling tired, fighting cravings, or just feeling “off” that we start accepting it as normal.

But our bodies are always communicating with us. 🤍

For me, it’s been about getting back to the basics—supporting my gut, being intentional about nutrition and hydration, moving my body, and staying consistent.

You don’t have to change everything overnight. Small, consistent choices add up.
