Thank you for the patience while I’ve been a little MIA. The last few weeks have been a lot on the personal side, and my attention had to be there for a while.

Things are slowly finding their rhythm again and I’m getting back to creating. I’m really grateful for the support and kindness from this community.

Big changes are coming to this skin care line, and I’m choosing a new name and logo for the brand. There are three directions on the table right now, each one rooted in a different layer of meaning and identity. Here’s a quick look at what each represents:

1. Chimeric Cauldron Skin Care:
A mystical, herb-forward design that leans into craft, creation, and magic. Think potions, botanicals, and intentional blends brought to live inside the cauldron.

2. Chimeric Chróa Care: (pronounced crow-a): this one is inspired by Hygieia, the Greek goddess associated with wellness and care. The imagery runs deeper, symbolizing healing, ritual, and transformation through the body. It leans into the storytelling and alchemy behind the products we make.

3. Chimeric Skin Care Collection: This design keeps things close to where we started: botanical, colorful, familiar, and tied to the original aesthetic of our handmade recipes. It’s cozy, simple, and speaks to the roots of the brand.

As the brand grows, we’re refining the identity so it reflects where we’re taking things next. Each option brings something different to the table, and voting is open until January 1. Thanks to everyone who’s weighed in so far. Your input means a lot as we keep shaping this little chimera of a company into its next form.

Happy 30th Birthday to the woman who stands beside me not just as a friend, but as a creative partner who shows up with heart, commitment, and a work ethic that refuses to quit.

Building a business is never a smooth road, and she’s been there for the late-night planning, the product testing, the rebrands, the setbacks, the breakthroughs, and the long stretches where we had to trust our vision more than anything else. She brings clarity when things get chaotic, insight when I’m too close to the work, and support that never feels forced. She’s the person I can brainstorm with, problem-solve with, pivot with, and still laugh with at the end of the day.

I appreciate her because she treats this business with the same love and intention I do. She believes in what we’re building. She cares about the people we serve. And she puts so much of herself into creating something real, something grounded, something that actually matters.

Her thirties are going to look good on her — more confidence, more stability, more creativity, more wins she absolutely deserves. I’m grateful to have her on this team and in this journey.

Here’s to her next decade. Stronger foundations. Brighter ideas. Bigger magic.
