Dakota is actively involved in professional organizations, including the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA) and the ACSM.

Dakota Williams holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Northern Kentucky University, where she developed a passion for promoting better body mechanics, focusing on posture, pain relief, and tension management. She is a certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and is also a licensed Massage Therapist, having graduated from Gateway Community and Technical College.
