🪷Yoní is the Sanskrit word for the female genitalia and womb. It means “sacred place” and symbolizes our divine nature and its sacred portal to life. When NOT to Yoni steam:
-If you’re pregnant or there is a possibility of pregnancy
-During menstruation
-With any open wounds, sores, blisters or stitches
-On prescription medication such as beta blockers, diuretics, or barbiturates
-During or after menstruation (if trying to conceive)
-Fresh spotting or spontaneous bleeding
-If you have a vaginal infection or fever
-With a birth control implant or IUD
-Tubal coagulation
*Piercings and nuva ring/patch birth control must be removed before steaming
