My office this memorial weekend!!

I’ve been working on a few things behind the scenes lately, not just for The Well, but with a few other businesses.

It was nice to sit back and relax yesterday with family and friends. My sister even made this delicious, 3 ingredient gluten free cake- it was so good! I loved being able to soak up time with my family and put business things on pause for a moment 🤎

I’m absolutely fed up this morning. Praying that more people start to wake up.

As a creative and maker myself, the fight against AI has been a strong one. But when my mother called me this morning saying she had to cancel her doctors appointment because they were using AI as an “aid to help diagnose,” it really set things off for me.

I walked away from western medicine awhile ago. But today really confirmed things for me. AI should NOT be used in the diagnosis of ANY patient, in ANY form of healthcare. I don’t care if you’re an esthetician, massage therapist, naturopath, pediatrician, or gastroenterologist- AI has no place in your profession or practice.

We’ve truly lost touch with reality and the tools that the Lord has blessed us with- community to learn from one another, food as medicine, and the living breathing Word of God.

As a believer and business owner, I will continue to do things in a way that is pleasing to the Lord and aligned with his Word. Hard work, honesty, creativity, wisdom, patience, grace, and forgiveness are essential to our everyday lives. To err, is to be human. But we have such a loving God that will not only bring grace, but correction- allowing us to grow and walk into everything he has in store for us as His children.

“And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.”

The marigolds are in bloom, some garlic and bell peppers on the way, just finished harvesting and dehydrating some lavender. 🌷

Our apothecary is slowly beginning to grow. I love sweet moments like this 🥹
