Consistency is key. We all know this, yet somehow, we don’t always practice it.
Sometimes it’s because we’re not determined enough, and sometimes life simply gets in the way. We start with good intentions, but keeping up with them every single day isn’t always easy. It’s ok and happens to most of us .
Whether it’s skincare, health, fitness, or any goal you’re trying to reach, consistency is what makes the difference.
So, just a gentle reminder to all of us: be consistent in taking care of yourself. Not once a week, not once a month, but a little every day. ❤️

This is not a skincare post but Madhuri’s story touched my heart and breaks my heart . I wanted to do my little part in spreading ❤️
Madhuri spent 33 years in captivity at a Math before being moved to a sanctuary, where she had the opportunity to experience a different life and the companionship of other elephants. She was moved because she had physical injuries as well as mental health issues which had led to the decision to move her to a sanctuary. She was in natural habitat, made freind and is still not recovered .She has now been sent back to the Math where she spent those 33 years bypassing the need and care she truly deserves .
