This beautiful client came to me after experiencing stress related hair loss (telogen effluvium). Her hair had become so fragile that I couldn’t safely color it blonde, and she was relying on extensions to hide the thinning.
I told her that if I were in her shoes, I’d remove the extensions and focus on restoring the health of her natural hair, but the decision was completely hers. She chose to trust the process.
