Bring your paddleboard, kayak, float tube, pool noodle, or anything that floats, and meet us on Half Moon Lake in Sheridan for a sunset celebration unlike any other. We'll begin with a gentle yoga practice, then melt into a restorative sound healing experience as the sun sets over the lake.
Whether you've been with Glow since the beginning or you're joining us for the first time, this evening is a chance to slow down, connect with community, and celebrate two years of movement, mindfulness, and growth.
