I'm excited to announce that I've earned my Certified Personal Executive Coach (CPEC) Certification through the CaPP Institute!
Looking forward to using this training to better serve and empower the clients I serve.
On this 250th anniversary of our nation, we acknowledge the progress we have made beyond the Founders original vision while recognizing that the work of becoming a more just and faithful people remains unfinished. On Sunday, July 5th, people of faith at Bloomfield Congregational Church will embrace the work of hope, trusting God’s call to repair what is broken and to help fulfill the enduring promise of liberty, justice, and human dignity for all. We hope you’ll join us. Service begins at 10:00am.

There are times when the veil between work-life balance and self-care seems thin. I accomplishesd much today (the original list was unrealistic ) and yet I find myself struggling to let go of the day without the guilt of “needing” to do “more.” These are the moments that require intentionality, self-love, grace, and compassion. On that note, I’m about to watch a few episodes of a new Hulu series. 😉
These are tender times folx, be gentle with yourselves.

I’m happy to share that I’ve completed 60 hours of coach-specific training through Coaching4Clergy and am now working toward my Professional Coach Certification (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation: ICF Member Badge from International Coaching Federation!
