Elderflower has been valued in traditional herbal practices for generations, particularly during seasonal changes and times when the respiratory system could use a little extra support. The blossoms naturally contain beneficial plant compounds, including flavonoids such as quercetin, along with other antioxidants.
Traditionally, elderflower has been used to support healthy respiratory function, the body’s natural immune defenses, and a healthy inflammatory response—making it a beautiful companion to elderberry, while offering qualities entirely its own.
Because the elderflower season is so short, we hand-harvest the blossoms fresh from our farm and begin the extraction process within just a few hours. Rather than drying or importing them, we preserve our freshly gathered elderflowers in a triple extraction of organic vodka, organic coconut glycerin, and organic raw honey, allowing us to capture a broad range of the flower’s naturally occurring constituents in one concentrated extract.
There is something beautiful about paying attention to the seasons and using what God has provided right when it is ready. Our Elderflower Triple Extract is our way of preserving those few fleeting weeks of June so that this remarkable little flower can remain in the home apothecary long after the blossoms have disappeared from the field.

A little peek inside the Low-Tox Beginner’s Guide 🤍
