You know a book is good when it makes you laugh out loud.
She’s reading the chapter where I share some of the moments that prove healing isn’t just about crying… sometimes it’s about looking back at the things you survived and realizing, “Whew… if I don’t laugh now, I’ll cry.”
Life had me in situations that I thought would break me.
Now I can tell the story without letting it define me.
That’s the beauty of healing.
One day, the chapters that almost destroyed you become the chapters that remind you how strong you’ve become.
Quiet As Kept will take you on an emotional roller coaster. You’ll laugh. You’ll cry. You’ll get angry. Most of all, you’ll see pieces of yourself in these pages.
So grab your favorite chair, pour your favorite drink, and let this book remind you that your story isn’t over yet.

Y’all, I’m still smiling about this one. 💜
From surviving one of the darkest seasons of my life to building a business centered around healing, growth, and helping others get unstuck, this journey has been anything but easy. But every lesson, setback, breakthrough, and tear brought me here.
I’m honored to be featured in VoyageHouston and share more about my story, my mission, and the work I’m doing to help women prioritize their mental wellness and healing.
Take a few minutes to read the full interview and get to know the woman behind the journals, coaching, speaking, and advocacy work.

National Caregivers Day 🤍
Caregiving is one of the most invisible forms of strength.
It’s the late-night worry.
It’s the appointments.
It’s the emotional regulation when you’re tired yourself.
It’s holding space for someone else’s healing while quietly managing your own.
And what I know for sure is this:
Caregivers are often expected to be strong without being supported.
If you are caring for someone’s mental health, physical health, or emotional well-being. I want you to hear me clearly:
You are allowed to have limits.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to need help too.
Being the strong one does not mean being the silent one.
Today, I honor caregivers who show up even when it’s heavy.
And I encourage you to pour back into yourself the same way you pour into others.
You deserve care too.
