Happy Monday! and Creating some deliciousness! “It was awesome to be able to get a sample of pork belly and get in the lab today and make an apple cider braised pork belly with dehydrated sun dried tomatoes, crispy polenta cake and a sunny side up egg! With a cider reduction. Always good to be back in the kitchen”!
