13.1 miles. Three warriors. Pure determination. 🔥

Huge congratulations to Matt and Elizabeth Steele who crushed the Seacoast Half Marathon together, and Jann Weiss who dominated the AZ48 Half Marathon!

While others hit snooze, you three were out there proving what happens when dedication meets action. Every early morning training run, every mile that tested you, every moment of doubt you pushed through—it all led to THIS.

You didn't just cross finish lines. You became stronger versions of yourselves. You showed us what commitment looks like. You reminded us that the impossible is just the untested.

From the coast to the Arizona desert, you three made it happen. 💪

Here's to the miles behind you and all the incredible journeys ahead. You are proof that dreams don't work unless you do.

What an incredible achievement of his 2nd IRONMAN this year! Conquering 2.4 miles of bay swimming, 112 miles of rolling hills through North Zealand, and a flat 26.2 mile run past Copenhagen’s iconic landmarks! 🇩🇰✨

The dedication, training, and mental fortitude it takes to cross that finish line is absolutely inspiring. Jeffrey, you’ve proven that with the right mindset and preparation, anything is possible! 🔥

Your continued dedication has all led to this moment. Congratulations! 🏆

🏊‍♂️🚴‍♂️🏃‍♂️ COMEBACK STRONGER 💪

Meet Cecil McCrary - a true testament to the warrior spirit that defines triathlon! 🔥

Just months ago, Cecil’s IRONMAN Texas journey came to a devastating halt when a crash left him with a broken collarbone. Despite the crash, he went on to finish the bike and called the marathon. What could have been the end of his season became the beginning of an incredible comeback story. 💔➡️❤️‍🔥

Fast forward to the USAT Triathlon National Championships - and there he was, back on the start line, ready to chase his dreams once again! 🇺🇸🏆

There’s something magical about watching an athlete rise from injury, stronger and more determined than before. Cecil didn’t just heal his bones - he fortified his spirit. Every training session through recovery, every moment of doubt overcome, every mile that brought him back to racing form - it all led to this moment. ⚡

This is what triathlon is all about - not just the swimming, biking, and running, but the resilience, the comeback, and the refusal to let setbacks define us.

🎯 The lesson? Sometimes our greatest victories aren’t measured by finish times, but by simply showing up when everything tried to keep us away.

Welcome back to racing, Cecil. Your story reminds us all why we love this sport. 🙌

Huge congrats to Holly Schmitt and her daughter for completing the Mackinac Island 7.5-mile swim! 🌊💪

What an inspiring display of determination and mother-daughter teamwork! Swimming 7.5 miles takes incredible grit and endurance. You've both shown that with dedication and support, anything is possible! 🙌

Way to dive deep and emerge victorious! 🏆

Cypress Triathlon Done! Wet. Rain. Mud. A total blast! Cops sent some of us leading the bike the wrong way. I felt defeated when I realized their mistake but kept pushing. Still ended up 1st in my age group! Turning 50 this year is messing with my head a little. If feels good to know you’re never too old to push yourself or try something new.

Best part of the day is seeing Emory (not pictured) and Katlin tackle their first ever open water swim!!! Then Amy and Katlin went on to podium too. Yah yah yah!!

What a special place just a short drive from home. Beautiful. Peaceful. Hospitality is above and beyond anything we could have dreamed. They thought of everything when creating this ranch a couple years ago. We will definitely be back!

Home of my first IRONMAN back in 2012, IRONMAN Texas is nostalgic. Sooo many memories on this course. Now full circle speaking, course previews, group runs and practice swims to give multi finishers and first timers some peace as they prepare for the big day Saturday.

Anyone that knows me knows how I’m terrified of public speaking. I’d rather do the race untrained or jump out of an airplane. Just like I couldn’t have finished my races without the support of friends and family, today was no different. Soooo much gratitude for the opportunities that life gives me. I love how my life is surrounded with positive and inspiring people that keep pushing me to step out of my comfort zone and believing I can do it as I continue to strive to be a better person in all aspects of life. ❤️
