I am obsessed with how important our big toe actually is. Our feet have three triangles. Fallen arches is a common problem that typically isn’t addressed. When the problem isn’t addressed it presents as low back pain, weak hamstrings, glute amnesia, and knee pain while squatting. It is important that while training you learn to fire your tibialis posterior so you can address the body’s natural kinetic chain.

DIY Workout platform
Build a workout platform at home @ for less than 50$.
Materials:
•Commercial grade high density polypropylene cutting board. Found on Amazon for 24.99.
•4 PVC bushings. I found these at Home Depot for 2.58.
•Rubber caps for furniture. Four pack for around $2.89.
•Gorilla Super Glue. (Not pictured)

This project took roughly 20 mins total to put together. To ensure all the glue adhered I used 10 lbs weights and let it sit over night.
•The platform is great to use with resistance bands. Stay tuned to see how to exercise using the platform.
