Full Circle: Why Giving Back to Sunnyside Elementary Means So Much to Me Honoring local educators, reflecting on unexpected healing, and announcing Soul Trine’s new, closer studio location this August.

There is a quiet, powerful magic in coming full circle. 🌿

Back in May, Krysten and I had the privilege of bringing 10-minute chair massages to the incredible staff at Sunnyside Elementary for Teacher Appreciation Week. But walking through those doors carries a history that touches the very heart of why I do this work.

Back in 2002, my very first job in education was at Sunnyside as a teacher’s aide. What the staff didn't know was that I was going through a deeply heavy season in my life. I showed up to do a job, but those children and staff became an unexpected medicine for me.

Now, through Soul Trine, giving back to teachers—who carry so much every day—is my way of honoring that cycle.

✨ Exciting Location Update: So many Sunnyside teachers mentioned that our current studio was just a bit too far for a quick visit. We listened! Starting in August, all appointments will be held at our new, much closer location (not quite inside Lawrence Township, but so close you might not even need the interstate!).
