🌿 Wellllll… remember last June when I said my wild yam cream would be coming “late summer”?

Apparently “late summer” turned into “almost the next summer.”

I kept remembering it… then forgetting it… and eventually it ended up tucked in the back of the cupboard just steeping away this whole time.

But honestly, that’s not a bad thing at all. There’s absolutely no harm in it sitting longer. If anything, it just means even more of the goodness and beneficial properties have had extra time to infuse into the oil. 🌿✨

So consider this your official update: I’m finally back to working on perfecting this recipe for all my fellow mamas wanting extra support for hormones, moods, cycles, and overall wellness. 💛

Right now I’m testing a beautiful blend of wild yam infused jojoba oil, red clover, tallow, mango butter, shea butter, and essential oils like frankincense, lavender, geranium, and bergamot. 🌿

I’m taking my time to make sure it feels good, absorbs well, and is something I truly love before releasing it.

We went camping this past weekend and spent a day at the zoo. Somewhere between walking around for hours in the sunshine and thinking “I’ll be fine,” I ended up with a sunburn.

Later that night, I came back to the camper, reached for my 𝗦𝘂𝗻 𝗦𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲… and the jar was empty.

And honestly? That’s when you realize just how much you rely on something. Because a summer sunburn without it is just rude.
