The probe used during colon hydrotherapy is lubricated, and inserted gently by the colon hydrotherapist. Most clients describe the process as feeling like inserting a suppository rather than something painful.
While everyone’s experience is different, colon hydrotherapy should not be painful. Some clients may feel temporary pressure, fullness, or mild cramping as the session progresses.
