I have so much more to share on this but word count is limited here so this is part 1 of 3 ⬇️

As I get back to living life again, I have been reflecting a lot on what simple things can bring the most joy to days. And it’s a lot of figuring out what can fit in as routine.

Morning walks.
A cup of coffee.
Time with family.
Time outside.
A slow evening.
Figuring out what self care is actually fulfilling.

And looking fwd to it all.

Maybe it’s this season of life, maybe it’s the 40s, or maybe I’m just have more time and attention to think about it all.

Surgery changed my year, my outlook on living life, and my true self care. I couldn’t do a lot of things I love and look fwd to during those 4 months. It made me truly appreciate those simply “ordinary” things so much more now that I can fully enjoy life like regular again.

I’m sharing some fav parts of my days in hopes to inspire you find time to figure out how you want your days to feel, how you can make that happen, and to remind you
to schedule in some pauses just for you. 🤍

And if you’re in the thick of rushing kids around and being a busy mom, my advice is figure out what you can do that makes you feel like you, then fit that in as often as you can.
