These were the toothbrushes that we found during 2 hours at the beach cleanup, we found 10 broken toothbrushes washed ashore.. each one still hanging around, refusing to disappear.😞

It takes over 400 years for a plastic toothbrush to fully break down. That means your toothbrush might outlive you, your kids, and their kids.

It doesn’t just vanish. Instead, it breaks into tiny pieces that poison the ocean, the fish, the turtles, and even the water we drink.

Crazy to think something we use every single day can leave such a lasting mark on the planet, right?
