Three years.
15st (210lb) gone!
The photo on the left is me at 24st 6lb.
The photo on the right is me today at 9st 5lb.
Itās been a while since I shared anything on here.
Life has been a bit mad recently. Iāve been pouring everything into helping a small family-run restaurant with their marketing, and somewhere along the way I forgot to share my own journey.
So hereās a reminder.
This didnāt happen overnight.
It took over three years.
A gastric sleeve.
A tummy tuck.
Hundreds of good choices.
Plenty of bad days.
Plateaus.
Self-doubt.
And a lot of determination.
If youāre at the beginning of your own journey, donāt compare yourself to someone whoās been doing this for years.
Just keep going.
One day youāll look back at a photo you hated and realise it was the start of something incredible.
š If youāve found this because youāre on your own weight loss journey, come and say hello in the comments. Iād love to know where youāre at, whether youāve lost 5lb or 15 stone.

14 stone 6lb down.
Several litres of swelling still freeloading.
Caught in a Primark changing room at 34 degrees, still swollen from my tummy tuck, arm lift and lipo, fighting shapewear like it had a personal vendetta.
Still healing.
Still rebuilding.
Still not done.
Back, b***s and thighs are booked for December.
Sheās not finished yet.

Proof that progress doesnāt have to look perfect to be powerful.
The photo on the right? Still swollen. Still healing. Still deep in swell hell after surgery.
But if thereās one thing this journey has taught me, itās that you do not have to wait until everything feels finished to be proud of how far youāve come.
14 stone down.
A whole life changed.
And Iām still becoming.
If youāre in the messy middle right now, keep going.
Your before is not your forever. āØ

Post op update⦠and wow, what a week š¤
I arrived in Antalya late Monday night and was taken straight to the hospital for tests. No easing in⦠straight into it š
After a night at the hotel, my surgeon came to see me Tuesday morning and we made a last minute change to the plan.
Originally I was having FDL, tummy tuck, muscle repair, mons lift and breast augmentation⦠but we switched things up and went for an arm lift this time instead.
Iāll be back later this year for thighs, back and b***s š
And honestly⦠Iām so glad we did. My arms were one of my biggest insecurities after losing 14 stone and I already know this was the right call.
Everything moved FAST after that. One minute Iām being drawn on like a human sketchpad⦠next minute Iām being wheeled into theatre⦠then boom⦠I wake up back in my room like āwell that escalated quicklyā š
Iām not going to sugarcoat itā¦
This surgery is NOT for the faint hearted.
I woke up with 7 drains and felt like Iād gone 12 rounds in a boxing ring and lost every single one š„“
But 4 hours later⦠they had me up and walking. No excuses, no babying⦠just āup you getā š
Wednesday was more of the same⦠pain, sleep, short walks.
Thursday I was discharged and honestly felt like I turned a corner. Even managed a 20 minute walk for food which felt like climbing Everest at the time šļø
Today is Friday⦠Iāve still got 2 drains in (my glamorous Roy Cropper bag era š) but Iām up, moving and feeling better every single day.
Still swollen⦠especially my thighs and legs⦠but THIS is me this morningā¦
in shorts that are now WAY TOO BIG for me š¤Æ
Mad what the body can do.
Slowly but surely⦠we rebuild šŖāØ

Big moment energy loading⦠š«āļø
After losing 14 stone (196lbs), Iām finally heading to Antalya on Monday for the next chapter. This body has carried me through everything⦠now itās time to give it a little upgrade.
Iāll be having an FDL, muscle repair, 360 lipo, mons lift and breast augmentation with at
Excited. Terrified. Proud. Grateful. All at once.
This isnāt about becoming someone new⦠itās about feeling at home in the body I fought so hard for.
See you on the other side š
2022 Florida vs April 2026 Florida
Same place
Same woman
Completely different life
In 2022 every ride came with a silent panic
āWhat if I donāt fit?ā
That fear of the walk of shame was always there
I didnāt even step foot in Universal
because I already believed I wouldnāt belong there
Fast forward to 2026
Iām not just walking in, Iāve got an annual pass in my hand
Not because I got lucky
Because I changed my life
This isnāt just about weight loss
Itās about freedom
Freedom to say yes
Freedom to show up
Freedom to stop shrinking myself in every sense of the word
If youāre sitting there thinking this could never be me
It can
And it will if you decide itās time šāØ
Back where it all started⦠and yes, I fully knew what I was signing up for this time š°āØ
Day at Magic Kingdom with my husband and it still hits exactly the same. Fourth visit in and Iām just as swept up in it⦠the atmosphere, the chaos, the snacks, the ājust one more rideā lies š¤
Tomorrow weāre switching it up and heading to Universal Studios Florida, and then finishing the day by watching the new Michael Jackson biopic⦠because honestly, where better to watch a film than at Universal itself š¬šæ
10 nights still to go, then a quick week home before Iām off to Turkey for my long-awaited tummy tuck⦠Disney princess one minute, surgical girly the next šāāļøāļø
Balance is key, apparently.

Tonight Iām at the boxing watching Fury vs Makhmudov⦠and tell me why getting dressed for this stressed me out more than anything else this week š
Cold stadium āļø
Smart casual āļø
No idea what people actually wear āļøāļøāļø
I was stood there like⦠do I go coat? heels? trainers? am I about to look like Iāve come to a business meeting or a camping trip??
Anyway⦠this is what I landed on in the end and Iām calling it āprepared but still slightly confusedā chic š
First ever boxing night so if I look like Iām overthinking it⦠itās because I absolutely am.
If you see me later aggressively clapping like I understand whatās going on⦠no you didnāt š„š
Iām fine š
this is me being calm and normal about it

Everyone loves a ābefore & afterāā¦
But the real glow-up?
Calling yourself out on your own bu****it.
No one tells you that part.
The habits.
The excuses.
The āIāll start Mondayā lies you tell yourself on repeat.
Yes, I had help.
A gastric sleeve. Mounjaro.
But that didnāt fix my habits.
It didnāt change my mindset.
It didnāt stop me getting in my own way.
Turns out⦠I was the reason nothing changed.
