UT Extension and Knox County are partnering to host Walk Across Tennessee! This program encourages teams to cumulatively walk the length of Tennessee (~500 miles) from June 1 through July 13. Various forms of activity are accepted to achieve this goal. To register for this program, you must have a 4-person team with a team captain.

Be Well has once again partnered with the UT Grow Lab to offer campus gardening for employees. Employees were able to plant a variety of fruits, vegetables, and herbs yesterday to start the season!

Time to clean out your medicine cabinet (responsibly). Prescription Drug Take Back Day is this Saturday, 4/30 - Mark it in your calendars to dispose of unused/old meds!
More often than we may realize, unused prescriptions are misused by others or disposed of the wrong way.
The Student Health Center pharmacy and the UTPD lobby have pharmaceutical take-back boxes, conveniently located on campus for students and staff to use!
