✨ Booking Policy Update ✨

To reserve your appointment, a $40 non-refundable booking fee is required for each service booked.

Unfortunately, I’ve had an increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows. When an appointment is reserved, that time is set aside specifically for you, and it’s time that I can’t fill on short notice. As a small business owner, those missed appointments directly impact my income. & a lot of people will book and still not pay the “deposit” even when it’s a normal deposit. Doing a non-refundable booking fee makes it to where these do get paid & without them being paid , there is not an appointment booked.

Please note:
• The $40 booking fee is not applied to the total cost of your service. (It says deposit , but I can’t change it to say booking fee😅)
• This fee reserves your appointment time and helps protect against last-minute cancellations and no-shows.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the booking fee has been received.
