Hailey’s Hub TOMORROW ❤️
This week inside Hailey’s Hub, we’re talking about the woman beneath the wife.
Because we don’t enter marriage empty-handed. We bring our stories, wounds, fears, expectations, and the ways we’ve learned to protect ourselves.
We’re talking about personal healing, responding instead of reacting, emotional safety, honor without losing your voice, and what healthy partnership can look like.
Because the goal isn’t becoming the perfect wife. It’s becoming a healed woman who knows how to love from wholeness.
See you Ladies tomorrow at noon!

Still pondering this. ❤️
For us, intimacy has become the beautiful meeting place of emotional, physical, and spiritual connection.
But we didn’t start here.
This kind of intimacy was built over years—through healing, hard conversations, vulnerability, forgiveness, learning one another, and choosing connection again and again.
And when those three places begin to meet… there is a depth of knowing and being known that is hard to put into words.
What we like to call… the trifecta. Emotional. Physical. Spiritual.
Not a measuring stick. Not a place to feel shame about where you are or what your story has held.
Just a reminder that deeper connection can be cultivated.
Wherever you are today, start with what you can tend. One honest conversation. One vulnerable moment. One step toward connection.
Intimacy isn’t something you arrive at. It’s something you build. 🔥
The Stroderd’s
Some conversations are hard but they’re so worth having. ❤️
So grateful for every couple who joined Eric and me inside The Stroderds as we had a beautifully honest conversation around emotional + physical intimacy in marriage.
We talked about vulnerability. Honesty. The things we hide. And what may be standing in the way of deeper connection not only with our spouse, but with God.
Because we can only experience intimacy to the degree that we’re willing to be known.
Our marriage is only as healthy as what we’re willing to bring into the light.
Thank you to every one of you who leaned in, got honest, and did the work with us. This is what The Stroderds is all about. ❤️
Healthy marriages don’t happen by accident. We build them!

Intimacy begins long before the bedroom.
Tomorrow night in The Stroderd’s, Eric and I are going there. ❤️
This month inside The Stroderds, our Marriage Live is all about emotional + physical intimacy and some of the conversations couples often don’t know how to have.
Because sometimes what looks like a physical-intimacy issue is actually a wound around rejection, connection, safety, or feeling desired.
Sometimes one spouse is saying, “I miss you. I want to feel wanted by you.” While the other is saying, “I need to feel connected to you before I can fully open up to you.”
And somewhere between the pursuing, the pressure, the exhaustion, the kids, the schedules, unresolved hurt and just LIFE…two people who deeply love each other can slowly stop knowing each other.
We’re talking about all of it.
The differences in desire.
The rejection wounds.
Affection without expectation.
Emotional safety.
Why play and flirting matter.
How unresolved hurt affects physical connection.
And how to create rhythms that help us become lovers and friends again not just two people running a household together.
Because you can’t demand intimacy. You cultivate the conditions where intimacy can grow.
And we’re taking it all the way back to Genesis: “They were both naked and unashamed.”
Known. Seen. Safe. Nothing to hide.
Maybe the invitation for some of our marriages is simply this: It’s time to take our armor off.
🔥 Tomorrow inside The Stroderds.
If your marriage needs this conversation or you simply want to keep building something healthy, connected and ALIVE we would love to have you in the room with us. ❤️

There was a time when I thought loving people well meant carrying them well.
Their emotions. Their disappointment. Their needs. Their reactions.
But healing has taught me something different: I can love you and well without losing me.
This month in Hailey’s Hub, we’re getting personal about RELATIONAL HEALTH boundaries, attachment, codependency, communication and repair.
And we’re walking through the story of Abigail… a woman who knew how to stay wise, grounded and healthy even when the people around her weren’t.
Because one of the greatest signs of healing is learning how to stay connected without abandoning yourself.
See you Ladies in The Hub tomorrow at 11! I can’t wait to be with you!!!

Tomorrow night in The Stroderd’s, Eric and I are going LIVE for our August Parenting Conversation:
DISCIPLINE THAT BUILDS CHARACTER
Because discipline was never meant to simply be about getting our kids to behave.
It’s about helping them become.
We’re going to talk about the difference between discipline and punishment, how to correct behavior without crushing identity, why consistency matters, and how consequences can actually teach our kids responsibility, ownership and repair.
One of the questions we’ll unpack is:
Instead of only asking, “How do I stop this behavior?” what if we started asking, “What character is God inviting me to help cultivate in my child through this?”
Because biblical discipline is really discipleship.
We aren’t just raising children who know how to follow rules when we’re watching.
We’re raising sons and daughters who are learning wisdom, integrity, responsibility, self-control and ultimately how to follow Jesus.
Tomorrow | 6–7 PM
LIVE inside The Stroderd’s Community
Replay available for members afterward.
If you’re already inside, we can’t wait to see you there. 🤍
And if you’re not part of the community yet, come join us. We’d love to have you.
Don’t just discipline the behavior you want to stop. Disciple the character you want to grow.
One of my favorite conversations we’ve had in Hailey’s Hub was this month’s conversation on forgiveness.
Not just forgiveness…But learning to forgive with both grace and wisdom.
One of the biggest shifts we talked about was trust. Trust is a treasure.
It’s something God calls us to steward, not hand out carelessly.
So many of us have learned to blindly trust people while only perceptively trusting God. But Scripture invites us into the opposite.
We can trust God completely because His character never changes. People earn trust through consistent integrity, honesty, humility, and faithfulness over time.
Forgiveness doesn’t mean abandoning wisdom. You can forgive fully while allowing trust to be rebuilt one faithful step at a time.
Thank you to every woman who joined me in the Hub this month. These conversations are sacred to me, and I’m grateful we get to grow and heal together.
I hope this encourages someone today. ❣️

The longer I walk with Christ, the more I’m convinced that forgiveness is one of the hardest, most essential, and most beautiful parts of following Him.
Not because God asks too much of us.
But because real forgiveness asks us to release what hurt us the most.
I’ve learned that forgiveness is rarely a one-time moment. More often, it’s a daily surrender.
Sometimes you think you’ve released it, and then a memory resurfaces. Another layer of hurt is exposed, and you find yourself bringing it back to God once again.
Not because you failed. But because He’s faithfully healing your heart one layer at a time. It is what He does! 🥹
Tomorrow in Haley’s Hub, I want to have an honest conversation about forgiveness… not from a place of performance, but from a place of healing.
We’ll talk about what forgiveness is… and what it isn’t.
Why forgiving doesn’t mean forgetting.
Why boundaries and forgiveness can exist together.
Why grief is often part of the journey.
And how forgiveness isn’t about letting someone off the hook. It’s about refusing to let what happened keep you in bo***ge. It’s about what Christ has done for you being greater than what anyone has done to you.
It’s about FREEDOM!
If you’re part of the Hub, I’d love to see you live tomorrow at 11:00 AM. And if you can’t make it, the replay will be waiting for you.
If you’re not part of our community yet, this is a conversation that just might change the way you think about forgiveness forever.
I’d love to have you join me! ❤️

One of the greatest lies we’ve believed as parents is that love means saying yes.
But healthy homes aren’t built on unlimited freedom. They’re built on love and structure.
I’ve learned that some of the most loving words we’ve ever said to our children have been, “No. Not yet.”
Because boundaries aren’t punishment.
They’re protection. They create safety.
They build trust. They prepare our children for the real world.
This Wednesday, Eric and I are diving into one of the most important parenting conversations we’ve had in a long time:
Boundaries & Freedom.
We’ll unpack why boundaries create emotional safety, how freedom should grow with maturity, and the parenting principle that has shaped our home:
“ If they can’t handle a no, they can’t handle a yes.”
God doesn’t give us boundaries to keep us from life. He gives us boundaries to protect the life He’s calling us into. We believe the same is true for parenting.
Our goal isn’t to raise children who only obey because we’re watching. It’s to raise sons and daughters who love wisdom, carry character, and choose what’s right when no one else is looking.
If you’re already part of our community, we’ll see you Wednesday at 6:00 PM. ❤️
And if you’ve been looking for a place where marriage, parenting, healing, and faith come together in a real and practical way, we’d love to welcome you. Come join us.
