Merging ancient fire and plant medicine traditions.
Gloria’s mission is to nurture connections—to oneself, the natural world, and the ancient rhythms alive within us.
Quick walk & talk on wild edibles.
I want everyone to know to and recognize the abundance they have growing in their yard- I could have gone into a lot more detail, but let this be a starting point for you if you are wanting more food security and bringing in more nutrient dense, nourishing foods to your diet.
Some important notes not shared in the video- when drying, it’s best to keep plants out of the sun, as the sun will damage the plant and its nutrients.
A screen is great because it offers more airflow, but you can also just move your plants around periodically to help them dry evenly and prevent mold.
This is a BRIEF overview- just basic info to get out there for you all.
Please do not use AI to identify plants- the ones I shared do not have any poisonous look a-likes, but I’m happy to answer questions if you have them.
Hope you enjoy and find this helpful 🌿🌿🌿

One of my favorite coaches has opened a few spots up for epigenetic coaching sessions.
I’ve been following Pramela and her resilience for years now, and am so grateful to be in her field.
This is definitely an amazing opportunity to get deeply connected to yourself, your self imposed limitations and break free from constrained beliefs so you can move about your life with more freedom to be who you want❤️
