Important Booking Policy Update📚

To better protect my time and ensure I can continue providing the best experience for all of my clients, I will be implementing a new booking policy beginning September 1st.

✨ A nonrefundable deposit will be required to secure all appointments. Your deposit will go toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Please keep the following in mind:
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• If you need to book a new appointment after a late cancellation or reschedule, a new deposit will be required.
• No-shows will also forfeit their deposit.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I will always do my best to be understanding in true emergency situations.
