The last four days have been BUSY, but so much fun. 🩷

Thursday kicked off with Experts Around Town, where I got to catch up and connect with some familiar faces, meet some new ones and even won one of the giveaways, a basket full of goodies! 🙌🏼

Friday was the I Love Me Unconditionally Retreat, yoga around the pool, my first sound bath, horseback riding and such a fun day with an amazing group of women. 🐴

Saturday was another first… my first UK game! 💙 So fun getting to experience it with the family.

And today was the perfect Sunday reset, church, a clean house, Gatton Park for the dog show and a trip to the dog park for Cocoa. 🐾

The weather could not have been more beautiful all weekend, and my heart is FULL.

Now the boys are officially on fall break, I’m getting back into Hocus Pocus planning, and somehow we’re only a few days away from OCTOBER?! 🎃

Life has felt busy lately, but weekends like this make me really grateful for this season we’re in. 🩷

Taste of Yoga is coming this November, and we’re bringing together 5 local fitness + wellness favorites for five different 25-minute experiences, all in one morning!

This is your chance to try different styles of movement, experience different instructors and discover something new. Whether you love working out or are just looking for a fun way to move and try something new, this event is for you.

And it’s so much more than the workouts! You’ll also get to explore a variety of beauty + wellness experiences from amazing local businesses, connect with other women and discover some new local favorites.

And YES—the swag bags are back! 🙌 They were a huge hit at our Fitness Sampler, and we’ll be filling them again with goodies from some amazing local businesses and national brands as well!
