When we laugh and when we cry, our body makes the same diaphragmatic movement. When we stay ahead of our inner critic, we begin to create something beautiful. Our classes for adults are offered twice each year. Actors and non-actors explore audition techniques and ensemble development through physical acting and playful improvisation.

When actors let go of conflict and pursue pleasure onstage, it’s incredible to watch.
Our classes for adults offer advanced training in a supportive, challenging, and wildly fun environment.
