Hair appointment with the hubsss
This was a whole transformation.
We added 2 rows of extensions for more length and fullness and then pretty much changed everything else too.
We brightened her up with a full highlight, gave her a nice bright money piece, tipped out those darker ends and then custom colored the extensions because the color wasn’t quite matching and we definitely weren’t leaving it like that.
This one took FOREVER, but look at that blend.
All that work was 100% worth it because she absolutely loved it.
Do you think I delivered?
Should I fire this client ?
We have work to do.
Us Hairstylists know all the stories that don’t make it to Facebook or Insta.
I’ve hidden my natural hair since I was 18.
Today, I’m choosing to share it because I know I’m not the only woman who’s ever felt embarrassed by having fine hair.
If this video helps even one person feel less alone, it’s worth it.
Fine hair isn’t a flaw—and you have options.

This reminds us of the golden era of salons. Women sitting under dryers, laughing, talking and reading magazines.
In a fast-paced world, people still crave connection, comfort, and an experience that feels personal.
We just love seeing this experience in person here at Studio L salon! ❤️
