Nurse Assurance™ gives Black women and RNs dealing with workplace depression, needing accommodation, or going out on Workers’ Compensation live nurse access, workplace and healthcare education, and return-to-work support when work begins affecting health.
We know Black women face significant bias in healthcare and the workplace, which can leave people without the representation, resources, understanding, and access they need to protect their health and employment.
Nurse Assurance™ is designed for women navigating leave, accommodation, Workers’ Compensation, workplace depression, or feelings of discrimination.
We bridge the gap between workplace systems and medical systems so you don’t fall.
At $144 a year—just $12 a month—Nurse Assurance™ gives you ongoing access to education, nurse support, and resources for navigating workplace and medical systems when work begins affecting your health.
When a workplace problem sends you into the medical system, you should not have to figure everything out alone.
Nurse Assurance™, provided by Glennae’s RX for Life®, gives you access to nurse-led, system-level education and support for navigating workplace mental health concerns, FMLA, Workers’ Compensation, recovery, and return to work.

Can anything good come from the hood?
That’s what they asked about Jesus.
It’s what they still ask about people they have already decided not to see.
My answer is yes.
The American Negro, in my opinion, is among the smartest, most aware, and most resilient people in this country—not because life made it easy, but because survival required us to pay attention.
We learned to read rooms.
Read systems.
Read danger.
Read people.
Read what was said—and what was not.
That kind of awareness has value.
I come from the hood.
I am also a registered nurse, author, founder, educator, and creator of Workforce Care™.
Do not confuse where someone comes from with what they carry.
Some of the greatest wisdom, discernment, creativity, leadership, and solutions are sitting in places people have already judged.
Can anything good come from the hood?
Come and see.
Nurses put the care back in career.™
Many of you fail to act.
You may even say, “It’s not my business.”
But what if what you see could hurt one person? Ten people? Tens of thousands?
What if you were positioned to see the danger before everyone else?
God gave us a witness in His Word.
“But if the watchman see the sword come, and blow not the trumpet, and the people be not warned…” — Ezekiel 33:6 KJV
The watchman was not responsible for controlling what people did with the warning. He was responsible for sounding it. But if God has made your responsibility clear, fear does not cancel obedience.
This is one reason workplace problems can become more than medical problems. Anxiety, stress, or depressed feelings may be what you feel in your body, but medication cannot make the decision you are refusing to make. It cannot speak the truth you are supposed to speak. It cannot perform the act of obedience assigned to you.
“Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.” — James 4:17 KJV
Having a workplace problem?
Read the KJV. Discover your role. Discern what God said. Then act.
Gospel at Work — Phase 4: ACT
What does obedience look like now?
Nurses put the care back in career.™
Sixty-seven percent of U.S. workers reported at least one burnout-related outcome in the past month.
Yet when work starts affecting health, employees are still sent from the workplace system into the medical system without one nurse helping at-risk employees navigate.
Nurse Assurance™ fills that gap.
Nurse Assurance™ gives career professionals dealing with leave, return-to-work accommodation, Workers’ Compensation, workplace depression, and feelings of discrimination access to system-level education and support that helps keep good employees upstream.
These are real-world challenges that carry significant health consequences, including risks to continued employability.
We are direct-to-consumer now, with employer access and payroll deduction as a future distribution channel for Nurse Assurance™.
Designed to scale, our nurse-led education and technology system can educate and support multiple groups of career professionals facing the same workplace problem at the same time, rather than relying only on mental-health services, medical treatment, or one-to-one service delivery that may not address the full workplace-health problem or move the individual forward.
Nurse Assurance™ is a recurring membership at $144 per member annually, or $12 per month.
