Sometimes healing is disconnecting from everyone to connect with yourself, to arrive to your heart.
Through it all, I have been super tender with myself, with my process & allowing myself to rest & emotionally release without judgement. The world is so judgemental, can be hard on us & lack of empathy but projections of other peoples thoughts, feelings and criticism.
Remember to create a safe space within your self, your own eco-system, your own internal mom & dad & care giver to your inner child my love. You are worthy of safety, through it ALL. Through the darkness, the emotions, the process as well as through the joy, the pleasure & the expansion.
May this remind you of YOU, Your inner child, your worth. You deserve to be held by the earth, the elements and those who truly know you, love you and want to authentically be there for you without conditions.
