McKenzie gifted me tickets to see Corinne Bailey Rae at the Belasco in downtown LA for my birthday, and it was everything I dreamed it would be and more! 🥰❤️

She has been one of my favorite artists since her debut album in 2006, the same year McKenzie was born. That album was part of the soundtrack to my life as a young mom with three kiddos under three, trying to figure it all out and hold it all together.

Twenty years later, getting to hear those songs live alongside my daughter was such a beautiful full-circle moment. ❤️ Such a special night with my girl before she heads back to college next weekend! 🥰🎶

We had the BEST weekend celebrating Aiden’s 13th birthday! 🥳🎉

I honestly can’t believe my Aiden Christopher is officially a teenager. Time has flown by so incredibly fast. He’s now taller than me, whip-smart, kindhearted, and loves with his whole heart. One of my favorite things about him is that no matter how busy the day has been, he always ends it with a hug, a kiss on my cheek, and an “I love you.” Those moments mean more to me than he’ll ever know.

In just one week, he’ll be starting 8th grade, and my prayer is that God continues to guide his steps, strengthen his character, and direct his path as he grows into the incredible young man He created him to be.

Happy 13th Birthday, Aiden! I love you beyond the stars and back. 💙✨

I’m so grateful for the gift that comes with being a mom to my kiddos. From worshipping together in church this morning, to surprising McKenzie at work and having lunch with my crew, as her manager’s visited our table just to tell me how much they love my girl ❤️. I’m so blessed to spend my day with the kiddos who made me a mommy ❤️. Happy Mother’s Day to all the mamas and the villages that help us raise our babies! 🥰

Laila grabbed my hand from the sidelines and asked me to run with her during their annual jog a thon at school yesterday, and of course I wasn’t going to let my baby down! I jumped right in and ran with her. These are the moments that I savor the most as a mommy. Both Laila and Jace did an awesome job! 🥰.

Choosing to spend the summer in Georgia, rejuvenating and reconnecting, was the best decision I could have made! Last week’s 7-year anniversary of our move to LA was a beautiful reminder that while I love our life here, there’s no place like home. I felt truly blessed to share precious moments with family, including my brothers, cousins, nieces, and nephews whom I miss dearly 🥰. Until next time, GA…🫶

Of course I had to put McKenzie to work on her first winter break as a college student. She perfectly captured how silly we are at the end of a whirlwind day of hosting our first school wide Polar Express Day! It was an epic success 🥰. Now it’s time for my winter break to begin! 🎉

It’s the first day of Laila’s Thanksgiving Break, and she’s spending it on set shooting a commercial. This kiddo keeps us busy in the best way 🥰.
