The one practice I never skip.

This is one of my favorite ways to start my morning.

I start with subtle movement, then slowly begin introducing the breath, finding my balance, getting my hands and arms involved, and eventually just letting myself move.

Even two minutes can make a difference.

Movement helps get the blood flowing, supports lymphatic flow, and helps me create a more regulated foundation to start my day.

When I start from that place, meditation is easier. Life feels easier. Everything seems to flow a little better when I begin with a more regulated system.

I’m really grateful to be hosting Kennedy Oneself this Sunday in Roswell.

I’ve experienced a lot of sound healing over the years, and Kennedy is genuinely one of the best sound healers I’ve ever experienced. The amount of instruments he brings and the way he layers everything together is pretty incredible. Harp, handpan, didgeridoo, flutes, singing bowls, gongs, and so much more.

He travels all over sharing this work, and we’re lucky to get him in Georgia a couple of times a year.

This Sunday will be a full two-hour solo sound healing journey with Kennedy. All Heart is simply hosting and giving him the space to do what he does.

Sunday, September 27
7:00–9:00 PM
Summit Wellness Group | Roswell, GA
$45 advance

If you’ve never experienced Kennedy before, this is one I really recommend. Just come get comfortable, lie down, close your eyes, and experience it for yourself.

You can message me directly with any questions, or if you want to sign up, you can register at AllHeartHolisticGroup.com/events ❤️

If you have a hard time relaxing, try this.

Take a deep breath in and squeeze your entire body. Make fists, tighten your arms, legs, shoulders, core, everything.

Hold the squeeze for about 10–20 seconds, then exhale and completely let go.

Feel the difference between tension and release.

Try this for 5 rounds and notice how you feel afterward.

Sometimes we need to intentionally feel the tension before we can recognize what it feels like to let it go.

What if you breathed directly into your heart space?

Not the physical heart. The spiritual heart. The energetic center of your chest where presence, love, and stillness actually live.

This is a quick practice I use to activate and open that space. Try it right now.

First, bring your shoulders up, back, and down. Open the chest. Create space.

Now imagine breathing directly into the center of your chest and exhaling two inches to the right of the physical heart. Think outside of what you know. Feel into it. You are breathing into the spiritual heart, the seat of the soul.

From here we move into Bhastrika, an ancient pranayama technique also known as the Bellows Breath. A powerful breathwork practice that has been used for thousands of years to activate energy, clear the body, and awaken presence.

Seven strong breaths directly into the spiritual heart center.

On the seventh breath, hold. Stay there for about fifteen seconds. Then exhale as slowly as you possibly can through the nose. Rest in that space. Surrender to the out breath completely.

Repeat this five more times.

Notice what happens in your chest. Notice what opens. Notice what softens.

DISCLAIMER: Please do this practice seated with a tall spine. Do not practice standing. This is not recommended if you are pregnant or have any heart conditions. If you feel lightheaded at any point, return to your natural breath.

If this practice resonates with you, comment FREEDOM below and I will personally send you information about the community I am building for people ready to go deeper into this work.

Your spiritual heart already knows the way. Your breath is the key.

I’m really grateful to be hosting Kennedy Oneself as his tour makes its way into Roswell this September. 🙏

I don’t say this lightly. Kennedy is genuinely one of the best sound healers I’ve ever experienced.

His setup is incredible. Harps, handpans, didgeridoos, flutes, singing bowls, gongs, and instruments from all over the world. The way he layers everything together creates an experience that is hard to explain until you’ve actually been in the room for it.

It’s profound.

This will be a SOLO journey with Kennedy. All Heart Holistic Group is simply hosting and creating the space for him to bring his work to our community.

The Deeper Your Breath, The Deeper Your Life.

Have you ever noticed that many of the animals with the slowest breathing rates also tend to live the longest?

While lifespan is influenced by many factors, including genetics, environment, diet, and body size, it’s a fascinating reminder that slowing down is deeply woven into nature.

The image shows an interesting pattern:

🐭 Mouse: 120 breaths/minute → ~3 years
🐇 Rabbit: 40 breaths/minute → ~8 years
🐶 Dog: 30 breaths/minute → ~15 years
🐑 Sheep: 25 breaths/minute → ~25 years
🐴 Horse: 20 breaths/minute → ~40 years
🧍 Human: 15 breaths/minute → ~80 years
🐘 Elephant: 12 breaths/minute → ~120 years
🐍 Serpent: 8 breaths/minute → ~130 years
🐢 Tortoise: 6 breaths/minute → ~150 years
🐢 Turtle: 4 breaths/minute → ~250 years

This doesn’t mean that simply breathing slower will make you live longer.

But it does point to something powerful.

A slower, deeper breath activates the parasympathetic nervous system, helping reduce stress, calm the mind, improve focus, support recovery, and bring the body back into a state of regulation.

Every conscious breath is an opportunity to shift from survival…

…into presence.

The deeper your breath, the deeper your connection to life.

❤️ Save this as a reminder to slow down.

1.

Your body was designed to move. When you stop moving, stress, tension, and stagnant energy begin to accumulate. Movement isn’t just exercise. It’s how your nervous system resets.

2.

Not all movement is created equal. Mindful movement teaches your brain and body that you’re safe. That’s when healing, creativity, and clarity begin to emerge.

3.

For years, I chased harder workouts. My life changed when I started practicing slower, more intentional movement with my breath and awareness. I wasn’t just training muscles. I was training my nervous system.

4.

You don’t need an hour in the gym. Eight to ten minutes of intentional movement each day can change the way you feel, think, breathe, and respond to life.

5.

Start where you are. Breathe. Move. Pay attention. Repeat. Your body has an incredible ability to heal when you give it what it has always needed.

📲 Share this to your story if it resonated.
