West Coast Blondes Locked Up Shampoo and Conditioning Mask :
Locked Up is a color-conscious cleansing + conditioning system designed for hair that needs a clean scalp, smoother
cuticle, softness and a fuller-looking finish. The shampoo uses Alpha Olefin Sulfonate for cleansing along side positively
charged conditioning ingredients, while the mask layers in rich conditioning agents for slip and manageability. Coffee bean
extract, GHK-Cu copper peptide and a UV-filtering ingredient round out the formula.
