Dvele

"The most romantic staycation in New York. Loved watching the boats and ferries passing in front of our private deck. You get to watch the sun set on both the Freedom Tower and Statue of Liberty." – Collective Retreats guest

Want to experience a Dvele home for yourself? Book a night in the Outlook Suite at Collective Retreats Governors Island.

Created in partnership with Dvele, the suite uses advanced materials and precision manufacturing to deliver an energy-efficient, climate-resilient stay without compromising on luxury. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames panoramic views of the harbor, a private covered terrace catches every sunset, and a spa-style en-suite bath offers a quiet place to unwind.

It's only an 8-minute ferry from downtown Manhattan, yet a world apart.

Prefab, built like Lego.

A family in Colorado wanted a vacation home their family could share, with everyone still having their own space.

Our design team pulled from our product platform, combining modules and submodules to create a home with a Baffin on each end and an upgraded Cypress kitchen right in the middle, built exactly around what this family needed.

That's the magic of prefab done right. We're not designing a brand new home from scratch every time. We're combining proven, pre-engineered parts in new ways, which means faster builds, more consistency, and fewer surprises, without sacrificing beauty or individuality.

Scalable. Repeatable.

Dvele has been heads down, creating systems, working to continually improve all aspects of the business. We have all witnessed other housing startups make noise, and then collapse. We chose patience and persistence instead.

This episode is the first time we’re telling the full story: why we started this company, what it’s taken to get here, and how we’re delivering on what we promised from day one.

Mark you calendars for Sept 14th at 9:45am PST.

Big doors, bigger capabilities.

Our new oversized roll-up door at the Mesa, AZ factory means our largest modular units roll straight out, no extra staging, no bottlenecks.

Bigger doorway, faster line, more units shipped. That's how you scale production without adding square footage.

While the foundation is poured in Salinas CA, the living space of this Monashee is completed in the factory.

This is what parallel production looks like at Dvele, shipping this fall.

The plans are being finalized for our next Dveling, headed to Altadena. Manufacturing starts soon in Mesa, AZ. What's taking shape isn't just a house, it will be a place for the community to experience, gather, and imagine what comes next.

On August 21st, the community watched as a Dvele home was set by crane onto the same lot where the family's previous house stood before the Eaton Fire.

A construction milestone into a celebration with food trucks, live music, crafts for the kids and home tours!

This is what wildfire recovery can look like: precision-built, factory-manufactured homes, move-in-ready in a fraction of the time of traditional rebuilds.
