Okay⦠I need your help. š
These are actual screenshots people have sent me over the last few months.
Every once in a while, someone tells me I look like Alyssa Milano.
But by far, the comparison I get the most is Sarah Paulson. Iāve lost count of how many photos and GIFs of her people have sent me.. š¤·š»āāļø
The funny part? I honestly donāt see either one.
So now Iām curiousā¦
Who do you see?
Alyssa, Sarah, neither⦠or someone completely different?
And if youāre thinking, āNope⦠she looks like someone else,ā Iām all ears. š
There was a time when hair loss consumed my thoughts.
After every shower, Iād gather the hair from the drain, wondering if today was worse than yesterday. Every strand felt like proof that I was losing a part of myself.
Now here I amā¦
Plucking a few hairs from my temples.
If someone had told me a few years ago that Iād be doing that on purpose, I never would have believed them.
I used to be terrified of losing even one hair. Today, Iām making tiny adjustments so my wigs fit exactly the way I like them. Thatās how much my relationship with my hair has changed.
If youāve ever counted hairs in the shower, checked your pillow every morning, avoided mirrors, or let hair loss steal your confidence, I want you to know there is another side to this.
For me, wigs didnāt just change my hair. They gave me back choices. They gave me back confidence. And in so many ways, they gave me my life back.
If youāre navigating female hair loss, thinning hair, menopause hair loss, alopecia, or youāre just beginning to explore wigs, I hope this page reminds you that confidence can come back.
Youāre not alone, and you donāt have to figure it out by yourself. š
