There was a time when hair loss consumed my thoughts.

After every shower, I’d gather the hair from the drain, wondering if today was worse than yesterday. Every strand felt like proof that I was losing a part of myself.

Now here I am…

Plucking a few hairs from my temples.

If someone had told me a few years ago that I’d be doing that on purpose, I never would have believed them.

I used to be terrified of losing even one hair. Today, I’m making tiny adjustments so my wigs fit exactly the way I like them. That’s how much my relationship with my hair has changed.
