I hear this all the time:
“But I work inside.”
Winter doesn’t cancel UV.
And office light doesn’t mean zero exposure.
UVA rays are present year-round and pass through windows — which means your collagen doesn’t get a winter break.
If you’re at a desk near daylight or driving during business hours, daily SPF still matters.
I prefer mineral sunscreen (zinc oxide) for sensitive and post-treatment skin.
And if you’re in front of screens all day, a tinted mineral formula adds protection against blue light.
SPF 30 minimum.
Applied intentionally.
