The confirmations just keep coming and spirit does not miss. This week brought back to back validation — a reading that identified exactly who vandalized my friend’s apartment, confirmed the very next night when she heard them on their balcony talking about it. Then my other friend’s doctor confirmed every single wellness recommendation I had already given her about B12 and omega-3s and told her to talk to me before coming in next time.

When you’re walking in your purpose the universe shows up and shows out. Ladies pay attention to your B vitamins and your omega-3s. Your body and your spirit will thank you.

Being kind does not mean being a doormat. You have been operating inside religious and social constructs that were never designed for your highest good and it is showing up in every relationship and situation draining you. People will keep taking from you as long as you keep offering yourself up with no boundaries.

Your energy is sacred and not everyone deserves access to it. It is time to unlearn what no longer serves you and start protecting your peace unapologetically.

As I was creating these copper spiral earrings, there was an ancestral urge that filled with delight and excitement. It felt like a reconnection back to an old friend that we had lost touch with one another. It just felt right. It felt good.

Stretching yourself thin trying to make something work that was never meant for you is costing you more than you realize. You cannot keep giving from an empty cup. At some point you have to stop and ask yourself who is pouring into you. It is time to choose yourself.
