“Hair Loss Isn’t Random—It’s A Signal; We Uncover The Root Cause & Restore Your Hair, Health, & Confidence From The Inside Out.”

09/30/2026

Energy gets on you. So take it off.

Here's the part almost nobody talks about.

Energy doesn't just pass through you. It settles.

In the work of Dr. Ibrahim Karim — the Egyptian scientist who founded BioGeometry — this is called impregnation. It's the residue of energy exchange that happens all day long, every day, just from being alive around other people.

It gets on your skin. Your clothes. Your furniture. Your car seat. The chair where you had that conversation.

And once you understand that, something you've done your whole life stops looking like hygiene and starts looking like wisdom:
You already clear energy. You shower and you take it off your body. You wash your clothes and you take it off the fabric. You've been doing energy work since you were old enough to run a bath — nobody just told you that's what it was.

The question is whether you're doing it on purpose, and whether daily is enough for the life you're actually living.

A few things I use and teach:
Hydrate more than feels necessary.
Higher-frequency energy requires more water inside the cell. Raise your frequency and don't raise your hydration, and you'll feel it — flat, wired, foggy.

Turn down the electrical noise.
WiFi, microwaves, devices, the power grid you live inside. Your subtle energy is competing with all of it.

Clear on purpose.
Reiki, chakra clearing, cord cutting, sound, time on actual ground. Pick what you'll actually do.

Consider your rooms. Feng Shui is to your home what acupuncture is to your body — both are moving energy toward flow instead of stagnation.

A clearing practice for what you wear. I wear a BioSignature pendant and clear it daily on its tray, one minute each side. Because it collects. Everything collects.

Then the question I keep coming back to in my book, the Amazon #1 best seller Superconscious Wellness:
What is the energy signature of your body right now?
Is it health — or is it sickness?

It depends on your thoughts. Your beliefs. The ones running underneath, that you never agreed to.

That's where this stops being woo and starts being the most practical health work you'll ever do.

Fear is a signal, not a stop sign
Fear is not the enemy.
Fear is information.

When it shows up, it usually means you've drifted out of alignment with what you actually want.

That's worth listening to.
What isn't worth doing is letting it steer.

I spent years letting fear drive.
Fear of what people thought.
Fear of getting it wrong.

And fear doesn't stay in your head.

It changes your biochemistry, your sleep, your stress load, and yes, eventually your hair.

Notice the fear.
Ask what it's pointing at.
Then take the next step anyway.

Did you know there's a sweetener that does more than make your coffee or tea taste good?

A sweet swap with real benefits.

It's called GLYCINE, a simple amino acid with a naturally sweet taste (the name actually comes from the Greek word for "sweet").

I love stirring a scoop into my coffee or tea because it's quietly working to improve my health while I enjoy it.

Here's what glycine can do for you:

1. Better sleep. Studies using about 3 grams before bed found people fell asleep faster, slept deeper, and woke up more rested.

2. Antioxidant support. It's a building block of glutathione, your body's master antioxidant.

3. Collagen. It makes up a big part of the collagen that keeps your skin, joints, and tissues healthy.

4. Metabolic health. Early research suggests it may support healthy blood sugar, liver function, and lower inflammation.

5. A calmer brain. It has a calming effect in the brain and helps your body make creatine for energy.

6. Blood pressure: Some clinical evidence suggests that glycine may naturally lower blood pressure.

Where to find it:
Bone broth, collagen powder, eggs, fish, and poultry, or as a powder you can use like a sweetener....

P.S. A quick pharmacist note:

Most people handle glycine well, but large amounts (30-60 grams) amounts can upset your stomach or interfere with medications

PROGESTERONE: the one that lets you rest

If estrogen is the builder, progesterone is the calm.
What it does for you:

It supports sleep.

Progesterone converts into a compound that works on the same calming pathways as your body's own relaxation system — which is why so many women say sleep fell apart before anything else did.

It balances estrogen, keeping the two in conversation rather than one running unopposed.

It supports mood steadiness, the kind where you don't feel like you're one inconvenience away from crying in your car.

And here's the part that matters for hair: progesterone is usually the first to decline in perimenopause. Often years before anyone tells you anything is changing.

You lose your sleep, your patience, and your calm — and then months later, you start noticing your part line.

You were told it was stress. It was also chemistry.

Is Your Cortisol Flipped? How Would You Know?

I'm always astonished at how many women can't fall asleep — and can't stay asleep.

Here's one thing that comes to mind: stress. A divorce. A family illness.

Anything that causes long-term psychological stress can flip your normal morning cortisol peak into an evening peak.

That flip stimulates your body at night to remain awake.
So you're not lazy at 7 a.m. and wired at 11 p.m. because of a character flaw.

Your rhythm inverted, and nobody checked.

A saliva test for cortisol and other hormones gives you a roadmap back to normal levels.

That's a real measurement, not a guess.

Your hair sits at the end of that chain. Last to feel it, last to recover.

Your stress response runs on an axis — hypothalamus to pituitary to adrenal. It's built for short bursts.

When it stays switched on for months, the whole downstream cascade shifts.

Chronic stress can dampen thyroid signaling and slow the conversion of T4 into active T3.

It can suppress the reproductive axis.

It reduces digestive output, so absorption of the nutrients your follicles need drops.

And researchers have identified stress-hormone receptors on the human hair follicle itself — meaning the follicle isn't just a bystander downstream.

It's listening directly.

The follicle sits at the end of that chain.
Last to feel it.
Last to recover.

One step today: two inhales through the nose, one long exhale through the mouth. Five rounds.

The extended exhale activates your vagus nerve — the brake pedal on your stress response — and heart rate drops within seconds.

You cannot think your way out of an overdriven nervous system.
You have to signal it through the body.

If your energy field were one flat bubble, this would be simple. It isn't.

Every tradition that has ever mapped the human energy field — and they've been mapping it for thousands of years, across cultures that never met — describes it in layers.

Different names, same architecture. Here's how I explain it to my clients:
Closest to the skin — the vital layer. This is the hum. It's why you can feel someone standing behind you before you turn around. It's the layer that reacts to touch, to illness, to exhaustion. When someone is truly depleted, this one feels thin.

Next — the emotional layer. This is the troublemaker. This is the layer that has you leaving a ten-minute conversation carrying a grief that isn't yours. It doesn't ask your permission. It doesn't check whether you have capacity today.

Then — the mental layer. Thoughts, beliefs, the running script. This is why a person can say every polite word correctly and you still walk away knowing they don't like you. You weren't reading their words. You were reading what underneath the words.

Outermost — the intuitive layer. The one that says something is off here before you have a single fact to justify it. Most of us were raised to override this one. Most of us have paid for that.

The layered map is a framework — one that's been refined by practitioners for millennia because it describes what people actually experience. Too bad the outer layers aren't something we can put on a "normal" lab report.

Understand that the world doesn't reach you all at once — runs into your layers first, one at a time, and every one of them is telling you something about what you just walked into.

It's the same thing I wrote about in my book Superconscious Wellness, an Amazon #1 best seller — the people who learn to name which layer got hit, stop drowning in it.

You can't set a boundary around something you don't have language for.

The six beliefs running the show

I am not good enough.
I am not worthy.
I don't belong.
I am not perfect.
I am not capable.
I am not significant.

Almost every person carries at least one of these.

We pick them up early, and then we spend decades building a life designed to disprove them.

Here is the trap: when your identity gets caught inside the belief, everything you achieve becomes evidence in an argument you can never win.

You don't outrun "not good enough" by doing more. You outrun it by recognizing you were never the limited version in the first place.

Which one is quietly driving your calendar this week?

Cortisol and Your Hair Replay— Energized Care for Your Hair Talk

Cortisol is your body's built-in alarm system, and it was never designed to stay switched on for months at a time — yet that's exactly what chronic stress, poor sleep, and under-eating ask it to do. In this episode, board-certified pharmacist Ronda Bryant explains how sustained cortisol affects thyroid conversion, blood sugar, and the nutrients your follicles depend on, and why shedding often starts two to three months after the stress itself.
