😴 You’re exhausted… so why can’t you sleep?
We asked you through an Instagram poll which hormone-related symptom has been the biggest challenge during your cancer journey — and 45% of you said trouble sleeping.
That stood out to us. 💗
Hormonal changes, hot flashes, night sweats, stress, treatment side effects, and racing thoughts can all make getting restful sleep feel harder.
That’s why at Re-Femme, we’re working to make support easier to find. We’re curating services, resources, and products to help you navigate the symptoms that affect your everyday life — including support to help you rebuild healthy sleep routines.
🌙 What makes it hardest for you to sleep?
Hot flashes? Racing thoughts? Pain or discomfort? Waking up throughout the night?
Tell us in the comments. Your answers help us understand what our community needs and what resources we should curate next. 💗

👉 If you’re supporting a woman through cancer, you can also create a registry for her — so she doesn’t have to figure everything out alone.
Re-Femme is everything I wish I had during my own cancer journey. It didn’t exist when I was diagnosed, so I built it for the next woman who needs guidance, answers, and support.
So she never has to go through this alone. 💗
“What should I eat?”
“What should I avoid?”
“Is this actually good for me?” 🤔
When you’re going through cancer treatment, nutrition advice can seem to come from everywhere—family, friends, social media, Google… and sometimes, all of it conflicts.
The truth? There’s no one “perfect” cancer diet. ❤️
Your nutrition needs can change depending on your treatment, side effects, energy levels, and where you are in your cancer journey. What works for someone else may not be what’s right for you.
An oncology dietitian can help you make sense of nutrition during treatment and find practical ways to support your body—without adding another layer of confusion.
And that support doesn’t have to stop when you leave the clinic.
There are resources outside the clinic that can help, too.
Re-Femme helps women with cancer discover trusted, relevant resources—from nutrition support to products and wellness services—so you can spend less time searching through conflicting advice and more time finding what works for you. 💗
Looking for personalized nutrition support? Connect with Stacked Coaching for a nutritional consult through Re-Femme.
At Re-Femme, you can purchase what you need directly—or create your own cancer-care registry (think baby or wedding) and add the products and services you need throughout your journey, so the people who love you can show up in ways that are actually helpful. 🤍
That’s what makes Re-Femme different.

Menopause isn’t always something that happens naturally with age.
For some women, cancer treatment or risk-reducing surgery can bring on menopause much earlier — and sometimes very suddenly.
Chemotherapy can affect ovarian function, while an oophorectomy can cause immediate surgical menopause. For women at high risk, risk-reducing surgery may also be part of their care journey.
The changes can look different for everyone — from hot flashes and sleep changes to brain fog, mood changes, fatigue, and more.
You don’t have to navigate these changes alone.
At Re-Femme, we bring together resources and support to help women understand and navigate hormonal changes throughout their cancer journey.

Treatment-induced menopause can happen suddenly—whether from chemotherapy, ovarian suppression, or a prophylactic oophorectomy—and the impact can reach far beyond the clinic.
Hot flashes. Sleep changes. Brain fog. Mood changes. Joint discomfort. Changes in intimacy and sexual health. Sometimes it can feel like your body changed overnight.
Your medical care team is an important resource for managing these symptoms, but there are also ways to support your quality of life outside the clinic walls.
That’s where Re-Femme comes in. We’re here with practical education, resources, products, and support to help you navigate these changes and feel less alone along the way.
You deserve support for more than your treatment. You deserve support for how treatment affects your everyday life.

Sometimes, it’s not the diagnosis itself—it’s the uncertainty that can make you feel least like yourself.
The waiting. The appointments. The results. The decisions. And still having to show up for work, for your family, and for everything else while quietly processing what you’re going through.
You don’t have to navigate those moments alone.
Re-Femme brings together trusted resources, products, and support to help women feel informed, cared for, and more like themselves throughout their cancer journey.
Because you deserve support beyond the clinic—and a place to turn when you don’t know what comes next. ❤️

One question I get asked all the time is about the Oncotype DX score. While it’s primarily used for women diagnosed with ER-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer, I still hear questions about it from women with all different types of breast cancer. Because it can be confusing, I wanted to create a simple resource that explains what it is, who it’s for, and how it may influence treatment decisions.
Here’s the article I wrote:
https://www.joinrefemme.com/blog/77/understanding-your-oncotype-dx-score-what-it-means-for-your-treatment-plan.cfm
I worked in the oncology space for over a decade before becoming a breast cancer patient myself last February, so I’ve experienced this journey from both sides.
During treatment, I realized how scattered the information, products, and support were. That’s why I created a free resource that brings everything together in one place—from diagnosis through survivorship.
It includes trusted education, questions to ask your doctors, curated product recommendations, a free cancer registry, virtual support for nutrition, fitness, and cold capping, along with guidance for hair loss, hormonal side effects, recovery, wellness, and day-to-day life during treatment.
If you register for free, you’ll also receive stage-specific educational articles and access to savings on products and services many of us end up needing.
