Writing my own story…. The creator, the woman behind these bomb products, I am farrrrrrr from perfect don’t wish to be 🤣forgot a few emails, text, and post the last few days. I am still healing physically, mentally and spiritually. All in all giving myself some grace after all it’s I’m proud of me and grateful for this journey💚.

You’ve probably heard this 1000 times, but staying hydrated is 🔑 when it comes to your clear skin journey.
It’s been said that drinking half your weight in water each day is the best way to keep your body hydrated, but I don’t know about that.🤷🏽♀️
My GLOW method for water consumption is 16oz first thing in the morning. 32 ounces throughout the day and 16oz 1 hour before bedtime.💦
