My name is Anna, and I started practicing yoga ten years ago. In the beginning, it was just a trendy form of exercise. I picked up a hot yoga class because I thought that it helped to lose weight right after a class (which was technically water).

But still, I’m glad about my choice, because now I’ve been practicing Bikram for ten years.
