I love and appreciate every single one of you, but I have decided to update my cancellation policy moving forward.

As you know, I fly into NYC specifically to see you. Last-minute cancellations leave gaps in my schedule that are almost impossible to fill, and unfortunately, I can’t continue making these trips work if I’m losing hours of appointments.

You now receive THREE appointment reminders:

• 7 days before — text
• 2 days before — email
• 2 hours before — text

I completely understand genuine emergencies happen, but please plan ahead for work, school and childcare commitments. You’re always welcome to bring your little ones along, and we can help keep an eye on them where possible! 🤍

We know NYC traffic is awful so please allow extra travel time. If you’re more than 20mins late I may not be able to accommodate you.

I genuinely love coming back to see everyone! Not only is it a little escape from my kids 😂, but it’s also a chance for a good catch-up and usually plenty of gossip from both sides! So let’s not eat into that time too much and help keep the schedule running smoothly! 🤍
