As winter fades, March becomes an invitation to awaken.
We are excited to invite you to our upcoming parent workshop, Emerging From Hibernation - Shaking the Winter Blues. This restorative session will focus on releasing emotional heaviness, seasonal blues, and feelings of stagnation, while reconnecting with hope, renewed energy, and possibility.
Together, we will reflect, reset, and set gentle intentions for the spring season ahead.

It’s a day to reflect on the values that unite us: freedom, courage, and community. As we enjoy fireworks, food, and time with loved ones, may we also honor the sacrifices of those who came before us and those who continue to serve our country today.
