What an adventure at SXSW. Mostly it was fun to connect and spend time with the amazing women that inspire me to keep on going with . Loved seeing you, laughing, sitting in traffic or reconnecting. *xwithemily

we hear the good the bad and the ugly about s*x and relationships in midlife. This should be an interesting read. It’s also not lost on me that I’m sitting at my kitchen table with the print version of the New York Times, very GenX of me!

Had our first meeting (in 4.5 years!) where we needed actual printouts! Happy to do it and thank you to for the very fast turn around.

This was going to be a post about sticking to good habits in the New Year but in light of the fires in LA, I cant stop thinking about being grateful to our everyday. Our routines, habits, schedules- normality. In New York, we have experienced tragedy, floods, and immense loss so I know what abnormality feels like. So today I’m grateful that I can get up, go to the gym. Get my coffee sit in front of my computer and have a normal workday. In this new year, let’s be grateful for just normal!
