I’m going to try and post something that brings me joy every Friday. Usually it’s some sort of movement. Today it was my workout but then the sunshine (even if just in the parking lot) I listened to the new Mumford and Sons album (is that the right word - Album?) and then the book Famesick on . All brought joy😍🥰

What an adventure at SXSW. Mostly it was fun to connect and spend time with the amazing women that inspire me to keep on going with . Loved seeing you, laughing, sitting in traffic or reconnecting. *xwithemily

we hear the good the bad and the ugly about s*x and relationships in midlife. This should be an interesting read. It’s also not lost on me that I’m sitting at my kitchen table with the print version of the New York Times, very GenX of me!
